The Cure

Into his office had walked in a scraggly looking man with a heart to give in the intention of redemption. And Cutler Beckett was not a cruel man; he would not deny the man what he seeked so desperately. Who, better then him to teach him that the path of salvation was not an easy one? The coolness of the Caribbean air did not betray what was going on behind closed doors. Flesh upon flesh, quiet whispers veiled as instructions on how to conquer the side of one’s self that is damaged and cancerous. But some people are beyond help, as he has learned the hard way. And the only cure for them is death.
